American Radiology Solutions LLC ("Amerirad", "we", "us", or "our") provides subspecialty teleradiology interpretation services to hospitals, imaging centers, and physician groups.   • Protected Health Information (PHI). In the course of providing radiology interpretation services, we receive patient imaging studies and related clinical data from our healthcare clients. We access PHI only as a Business Associate under executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and only to the extent necessary to perform our services.

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with clients and prospects;

11. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. Pediatric patient information handled in the course of our clinical services is managed exclusively under HIPAA and applicable client agreements.

Amerirad is headquartered in Austin, Texas, with operations that may include team members or affiliates in other jurisdictions. All radiology interpretations are performed by U.S.-licensed, U.S.-based radiologists. Where personal information is processed across borders, we apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
